健脾益胃的羊肚菌排骨汤老少皆宜!

食材(1-2人份):

羊肚菌4个、干无花果4个、太子参10克、铁皮石斛6克、排骨5块、生姜1片

做法:

1. 所有食材洗净;

2. 羊肚菌,石斛,太子参温水浸泡半小时,再冲洗一次;

3. 将食材一并置于炖锅中,加入适量清水,隔水炖2小时,食用前调味即可。
